LirChild accepts payment via paypal. Once orders have been received you can cancel your order at any time up to day of shipment. Once your order has been dispatched due to distance selling laws you have a 7 days cooling off period where you can return your order for a full refund.
At LirChild prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders that are processed can be subject to prices increase in such cases where technical errors or items have been mispriced. In such rare cases you will be contacted by a member of our customer services team who will discuss whether you want to cancel your order, replace the item or accept the corrected price.
Occasionally, LirChild runs Promotions or Discount Codes whereby you can get discounts on any orders placed. To avail of these discounts just enter your specific discount code at the checkout. In the case of time sensitive Discount codes they will not be valid for use after the specified date. However, if you do have any problems redeeming your valid discount code or promotional code don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team cs@LirChild.com
LirChild understands that your order may not always be suitable or be as expected so we offer a quibble-free returns policy and you will be refunded for the full value of your item. So if you find that you want to return your purchase just contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and request your Returns Authorisation Number.
You then have 7 days to return your item to us and once returns are received your refund will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for your bank to process your refund.

We recommend that you send your return via a recorded service as LirChild cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns. We also recommend that you send it via a shipping service that adequate insures the item you are returning.
Only returns accompanied with a Returns Authorisation Number will be accepted.
Returns received after the stated timeframe will only be accepted on the discretion of LirChild.
Any customs or import taxes are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange the item for another size, please contact customer service at cs@LirChild.com and state the item that you would like to exchange it for. You will them be sent a Returns Authorisation Number for your item that you wish to return. Your exchange will then be shipped to you. You will incur costs for the additional shipping, we can contact you at a time that is suitable for you should there be any additional costs or refund you if there is a refund required.
What if I received a Faulty Item or the Wrong Item?
If you have received the wrong item or if you were sent the wrong item the please contact customer service cs@LirChild.com . You will them be sent a Returns Authorisation Number for your item that you wish to return. We recommend that you send your return via a recorded service as LirChild cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.The return costs for items that are faulty or that were sent incorrectly will be refunded to you.
What information do we collect?
We ask for your name, telephone number, home address, email address and age for competitions, prize draws or newsletter sign ups. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our Web site to help us develop and improve it further.
What the data will be used for?
Your data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfil your order and to notify you about important functionality changes. In order to deliver the goods we must pass on your address to couriers and postal services.
We will also send you email newsletters from time to time to inform you about our products, services, promotions and special offers from lirchild.com. If you do not wish to receive email newsletters simply unsubscribe from the email at any time or send an email to our customer services email@example.com each case writing "unsubscribe" in the subject heading.
